{"id":48175,"date":"2022-10-02T11:52:13","date_gmt":"2022-10-02T11:52:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lecoursdelavie.com\/?p=48175"},"modified":"2022-10-02T11:52:15","modified_gmt":"2022-10-02T11:52:15","slug":"fastoche","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lecoursdelavie.com\/?p=48175","title":{"rendered":"Fastoche."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fastoche, rapide et bon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u00e9cid\u00e9 au dernier moment.<br>Des crevettes crues et d\u00e9cortiqu\u00e9es &#8211; on peut garder les carapaces, en faire un petit fumet pour am\u00e9liorer le plat &#8211; l\u00e0, c&rsquo;\u00e9tait press\u00e9.<br>Dans un peu d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive,  faire sauter les crevettes rapidement, de l&rsquo;ail, du safran et un peu de curry.<br>Des petites tomates bien m\u00fbres tra\u00eenaient au jardin, mond\u00e9es, elles ont servi \u00e0 humidifier les crustac\u00e9s. <br>Cuire les p\u00e2tes, mouiller les crevettes dans la po\u00eale avec une demi-louche d&rsquo;eau de cuisson des spaghettis, tout m\u00e9langer, passer \u00e0 feu vif quelques secondes pour ass\u00e9cher, saler poivrer.
